Almost nothing, and you can check

This site sets no cookies, runs no third-party analytics and loads no fonts, scripts or images from another domain. Open the network tab: every request goes to aviationhs.org. The only personal data held is what you type into a trip request.

What a trip request collects

Your name, your email address, your phone number if you give one, and whatever you write in the notes — together with the route and aircraft the form was sent from. It is used to answer you and to ask operators for availability. That is the whole purpose, and it is not used for any other one.

Who sees it

A broker, and the operators asked to quote your trip — they cannot price a flight without knowing the route, the date and the number of passengers. Your contact details are shared with an operator only once you ask us to proceed with that operator. Nothing is sold, and nothing is passed to advertisers, because there is no advertising here.

How long it is kept

Requests that lead to a flight are retained for seven years, which is what tax and aviation record-keeping require. Requests that do not are deleted after twenty-four months. You can ask for yours to be deleted sooner.

Your rights

Ask what is held about you, ask for a copy, ask for it to be corrected, or ask for it to be erased — by email to charter@aviationhs.org, answered within thirty days. If you are in California or the EEA those rights are statutory; they are honoured regardless of where you are.

Logs

The pages are static files served from a CDN, which records the ordinary request log — IP address, time, page, user agent — for delivery, security and abuse prevention. That log is not joined to trip requests and is not used to build a profile of you.
